8/12/07 Carol Yeh-Garner, Certified Hypnobirthing Instructor
Carol became interested in Hypnobirthing after seeing a story about
it on television.  She and her husband took a class in 2003 to prepare
for the birth of their 1st child.  The birth of her son lasted only 5
hours and she was able to deliver a healthy baby without medication. 

In 2005 she also used the techniques of Hypnobirthing to deliver a
health baby girl with in 90 minutes and three pushes.  She
attributes the difference between the two to more study of the
technique and more practice.  

She is now a dedicated Hypnobirthing instructor in Encinitas,
California. Carol's experience giving birth while using the
techniques of Hypnobirthing and her many years of experience
as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has helped to bring her
an added level of understanding with her clients.
